On-going telephone support is available for topics covered in the course.  Telephone support is also available for topics outside that covered in your course content, although we reserve the right to charge for this where the client has not trained with us on the topic concerned.

If any course participant is not satisfied with the standard of the training received, they may attend the same course again free of charge.
